Most clients secure a property within 1 to 3 months. The exact timeframe depends on your budget, criteria, and the market we’re buying in. In some cases, if the right opportunity presents itself early, this can happen much faster. In others, particularly where criteria are very specific or market conditions are tight, it may take longer. Our focus is not speed for the sake of speed.
